We ate these for breakfast this morning

Disclaimer: I am writing recipes on this blog so as to have easy access to them later. I've never been good at keeping a recipe box.

Pumpkin Pancakes
4 cups bisquick
4 tblsp brown sugar
4 tblsp pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
2 12-oz canned milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
4 tblsp oil

Extra delicious and super sweet syrup for said pancakes
1 1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla

Over medium heat melt butter and add sugar. Bring to near boil. Remove (sugar will be grainy) add cream and vanilla. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate leftovers.
