Note to self: Avoid the Quaker Oat 25% reduced sugar products (e.g. the chocolate and peanut butter chip granola bars) as sugar is replaced by Splenda. Splenda=a case of the super bloat. Stick with real sugar.

splenda is nasty. Sugar, on the other hand, is essential for life. A happy life.

i agree - those granola bars aren't worth it. i'm pretty much anti-splenda myself; although, i have recently gotten used to crystal light.
