oh my goodness, that is too funny. I remember I was begging my mom for a perm when I was in the fourth grade so she made me try those sponge hair rollers to see if I really liked the curls... they definitely failed me as well, and I immediately let go of the perm idea.
That's too funny, but brings back many memories. I never could get the right amount of curls. That's the curse with hair like Kelly and mine. Too curly or not enough curly!

Ha. I remember when these were commonplace on her head as a child. Gudnesch. She had the teeniest head and the biggest amount of hair.
